Alternate sports for a runner?

i am a runner

however for the past 7 months i have been injured

we dont know if i will ever be bale to run again

so basically i need a new sport to get into

dancing?

tennis?

swimming?

what shal i do?

  1. swimming, biking..they are probably the 2 best!


  2. i have dance and if you have injured your legs then dancing or tennis isnt for you, swimming incoperates some leg work but not too much.o maybe you would like volleyball or softball or maybe until you heal you could join a club or even help manage a team
