Alternative for caffeine? Usually when studying...

So, I bought Vivarin so I can study up a bit late and it came out to work, but I actually stayed up all night and couldnt get any sleep... Can someone tell me a healthy alternative for staying up?

  1. Taurine is a good alternative,a stronger excitement than caffeine. It is also healthy, nourishing and not addictive .


  2. Fruit.  Like an orange or grapes maybe a peach it has natural sugars that won't keep you up all night another suggestion is don't sit the entire time you need to keep the blood flowing every half hour or so get up and move around for a minute

  3. to learn more use Australian Bush Flower Essences while studying, add 7 drops in water, shake and sip while studying and do the same when you need to recall during exams (can not be detected in water and is not a drug)

    No need to stay up late you will retain what you read and understand it better :o)))

    Emergency Essence though will help you sleep better, unless it is a busy mind then Calm & Clear Essence is better, but stay away from Vivarin that cause the problem in the first place as it will not help you learn better IMO

    I applaud you for seeking something safe BUT there isn't anything safe

  5. There are no "healthy" ways of staying up instead of giving you body and brain the sleep they need in order to regenerate themselves.

    Sleep normally and you will study much better and faster during your waking hours.

  6. exercise in the moring with lots of water and fruit and veg
