  1. Here's a list:

    http://www.pcrm.org/health/veginfo/vsk/w...

"Use 1 heaping tablespoon of soy flour or cornstarch plus 2 tablespoons of water to replace each egg in a baked product."

  2. On top of what Hispanic at the Disco said, there is also a vegan egg replacer available at most health food stores.

  3. Other substitutes are bananas, applesauce, canned pumpkin (sound gross but you can't even tell), pureed prunes, soy and bean flour, cornstarch, grounded flaxseeds, tofu (usually silken)... that's all I can think of! Here's some measurements.

1/4 cup applesauce, pureed prunes, or pumpkin = 1 egg

    1/4 cup tofu = 1 egg

    2 tbsp corn starch = 1 egg

    2 tbsp arrowroot flour = 1 egg

    2 tbsp potato starch = 1 egg

    1 heaping tbsp soy powder + 2 tbsp water = 1 egg

    1 tbsp soy milk powder + 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water = 1 egg.

  4. You can buy "Ener-G Egg Replacer" at many grocery stores now in the area where they sell the health food - at health food stores.  If you can't find it - just ask them to show you where it is.

    The website is:  www.ener-g.com

You can also buy it online from Amazon - to a host of vegetarian/vegan friendly sites.

They also have a host of recipes on the back of the box.

  5. bananas
