  1. You didn't tell us what you're trying to cure the kidneys of. I'm going to assume you have a kidney infection. Because this can be fatal, I'm going to first recommend you see a medical practitioner immediately.

Echinacea root liquid extract and Goldenseal root extract or capsules are good antibiotics for the kidneys. Any diuretic will help increase urine flow. Because it is a natural source of potassium, I prefer Dandelion root made into a tea, 3 cups daily, in addition to 8 cups of water daily.

Avoid sugar because it retards infection fighting. Avoid tea because the tannins are counter-productive when the kidneys are in trouble. Don't take any supplements for hemorrhoids or varicose veins, until you are well, because they usually contain tannins.

This is an excellent product for kidney health:

  2. Drink a glass of organic cranberry juice each day and lots of good processed not just filtered water.

  3. Bin there is right on for what you can do by yourself. But  a good acupuncturist can do wonders for kidneys and prescribe herbs to help too. Would do acupuncture for kidney ailment over Western med Dr. any day.

  4. Watermelon is good for kidney stones, flushes them out in mild/moderate cases.

Colloidal Silver is good for infection.
