I can't have wheat bread because I'm one of those people who gets break outs when I eat wheat.

I've looked at a whole bread aisle @ walmart and everything has wheat flour!

What stores can I buy wheat free bread that doesn't taste like sand? :*(

  1. Yes!! I love my rice bread-It's called Food For Life and mine is Rice Pecan, although they sell a variety of types. It tastes so good, but it's even better when it's toasted!

Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Wegemans all sell gluten free and wheat free bread.

  2. You will have to go to a bakery. A real bakery should have an option. Potato bread might be one. Maybe a good egg bread. There are flour alternatives. Good Luck! And just ask a baker... they may not have the item out, but may be able to make it for you!

  3. Skip the bread isle.
