Camisole top with shelf bra, or a boob tube type thing.

Also, there are those sports bras now that are like a tight top, that just hold everything in place without shaping.

Lots of female athletes wear them.

I always wear a well-fitted tank top under a shirt, or a sports bra..or I let it all hang out, lol

There are those stick on bras, but I don't think they'd be very good for larger breasted peopel.

I don't wear tops where I can't wear a bra under them without it being obvious. So that means for me no tank tops or shirts made of sheer fabrics.

When I was your age . . .

Cosmo was promoting taping your b***s up with soft first aid tape.  That was supposed to keep them high and cute.  I tried it.  The tape broke.  So I tried duct tape.  A lot of duct tape.  I couldn't breathe but I looked good.  Until the duct tape broke.  Took out two Toyotas, a mailbox and half a city block.  Bras are safer.

Edit:  of course, these days I just use tube socks.

dont celebrities have nipple guards???that only cover the nipple in sure if go look on the net sumthin will come up. or use like round bandaids on them

If you have b***s of decent size bras are a must whether they are regular or built-in to your shirt.  If your flat-chested i guess you could just go without which may be considered an alternative.

A tank top which has added support in the chest area always works for me, or a sports bra works but sometimes it can make you look bulky especially dependent upon what your wearing over it......ummm, corsets are nice too.  

Regardless, if you decide to go bra-less, please make sure you check yourself in the mirror first, and if possible, in natural light, for signs of protruding nipples, or to make sure that your girls aren't giggling and wiggling wildly out of control.  Not everybody wants to see that.

I wear those tank top bras, very comfortable.  Of course, I have small b*****s so someone with larger b*****s may not get the same support.

a cami it is spaghetti strap with a bra built but it doesn't feel like it i am wearing one now
