Although I check lots of cases, but no case have match with mine. what are these pimples on my p***s?

I'm 26 and i have small white pimples on my p***s in the bottom (the majority) and the middle. I did't have any sexual contact, just masturbating for 13 years. These white pimples appear after a year of masturbating, but they have been increased (*2 or 3 times). They doesn't hurt me at all just itchy. I still don't know what these pimples are. Although I checked lots of questions on the internet but I didn't find any case that matchs my case.

So what are these pimples can be cancer penile or genetical warts. I'm confused and need an answer please.

could be phimosis.. if so its natural and you have nothing to worry about....

.... BUT... phimosis doesnt cause itching..

... just wash yourself with water and soap regularly... like 2-3 times a day

Look at the internet for "Pearly Penile Papules" and see if this isn't what you have... small white bumps around the rim of the head? Totally normal and harmless. They are not cancer, and not likely to be warts.

Penile carcinomas (cancers) are very rare, and you would not have small pimples. It would be very widespread and distort the shape or your p***s to a great degree.

it could be genital warts because warts usually start out looking like small pimples

They are just hair follicles and although annoying they are harmless.

A hair follicle is part of the skin that grows hair by packing old cells together. Attached to the follicle is a sebaceous gland, a tiny sebum-producing gland found everywhere except on the palms, lips and soles of the feet. The thicker density of hair, the more sebaceous glands are found.

Also attached to the follicle is a tiny bundle of muscle fiber that is responsible for causing the follicle to rise to the surface of the skin, and causing the follicle to protrude slightly above the surrounding skin. This process results in goose bumps.

I'm not completely clear on your explanation of your sexual history, but I think that what you have is not likely to be genital warts or anything else serious if you have never had sexual contact with anyone. Also, I assume you would have called them warts - not pimples - if they looked like warts!

Since they don't hurt, I wouldn't be too concerned about them. I have in the past occasionally had pimples that sound similar to what you're describing, although it's obviously difficult to tell without pictures. I squeezed them - which didn't feel wonderful since some were in fairly sensitive areas - and a small quantity of white, cheesy substance came out. My conclusion: nothing more than blocked oil glands.

If this is something that's really bothering you, then you should see a doctor. It's pretty certain he will have seen similar before so it's very unlikely that he'll recoil in horror and shout, "My God! What is that!" when you drop your drawers.

Probably Hidradenitis Suppurtiva.

I'd go see a dermatologist about it for medication to put it down. I popped one once...Not a good idea. Very painful, and probably not a smart idea to do.

Do these seem to be little clusters of pimples around the viens on the shaft of your p***s? If this is right then I have this too.. I don't worry too much because they havent grown in size or colour so untill I find whats wrong I'm not to worry.
