Alton towers!!!!!!!!?

im going to alton towers tomorrow and was wondering how much money i should take? and what things i will be spending money on, also any rides i defo dont want to miss.

It's been a while since I was there, you will need money for food and drink also if you want to buy souvenirs, sorry can't tell you about the rides.

i wouldn't bother spending money on food coz it is so expensive so take food with you if you can. rides...do not miss out on stealth (quite long queues but majorly worth it), nemesis inferno and collosus are really good too. have fun!

Well, bring enough for food, tickets ect.

I can't really tell you how much to take, but bring a suitable enough. Everything is a bit dearer from alton tower's stalls.

My tip:

If you're needing a juice or ice cream, purchace it from burger king, but say no ice. You get more and it's cheaper.

Try to avoid the alton tower's resturaunts & little stalls, it's bloody expensive.

I agree, at this time of year get a fast pass.  The queues will be a nightmare otherwise.  WRT mondy, the food there is about what you expect - MacDonalds, pizzas chips, hotdogs etc.  Must definitely go on Nemesis and Oblivion.  All the big rides are good but those two are my favourites.

Air, Oblivion, Nemesis..are the best rides..if they are still there..oh and Rip Saw if you like getting wet.

As for money, depends how much food and souvenier c**p you wanna buy...then again buying a picture of yourself in pure terror is priceless.

You only need money for food and any souvenirs. Ny favourite rides were air (where you are laying flat as if flying) and Rita queen of speed (I think it does 0-80 mph in about 3 seconds. It is serioulsy fast) It is a fantastic day out!
