Alvent Yulianto Chandra, Markis Kido become Men’s Doubles champions – Dutch Open Update
Men’s Doubles title of the Yonex Dutch Open belonged to Alvent Yulianto Chandra and Markis Kido as they forged fruitful chemistry against Teik Chai Gan-Soon Hock Ong on October 14, 2012.

They laid the foundation of their supremacy with 7-3 total and then doubled the impact by registering a mountainous margin of 11 before the interval.
After the mid-game break, Teik Chai and Soon Hock injected more intensity in their attack and gathered valuable points at a steady pace.
Though, Alvent Yulianto and Markis Kido made every effort to catch their rivals but they had to give up this futile chase after reading 18-21 score on the board.
However, the Indonesians did not show any sign of bewilderment and made amends in very next game.
This time they played with an authoritative approach and established an unassailable lead with 11-7 total before the half time.
Later part of the game saw them playing with even more precision as they did not give the opposing team even a single chance to bounce back.
Alvent Yulianto and Markis Kido showed superb coordination and swept the table with a staggering knock of 21-13.
At one win each both teams were standing equal, making the decider crucial.
Both contenders put their best to earn top spot on the victory stand but finally the Indonesian shuttlers claimed the crown with 21-14 score.
