Alves hits out at Mourinho over Vilanova apology

Recently the Portuguese mentor apologized to Vilanova for his eye-poking incident, but the Brazilian full-back believes that Mourinho’s apology has come in late.
The rivalry between http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 and Real Madrid took a new turn when Jose Mourinho became the head-coach of Real Madrid.
The Portuguese mentor is famous for his antics off the pitch, and they were well observed well the two sides met during the Supercopa de Espana last season.
Right at the end of the game, the two parties were involved in a fight, and Mourinho was seen poking the eye of the former Barcelona assistant coach, Tito Vilanova.
Vilanova is now the head coach of Barcelona and Mourinho recently realized his mistake for poking the eye of the current Catalan mentor.
Even though Mourinho is not very famous for his soft side, the former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 manager came out in the open and apologized for his actions.
While many should cherish the fact that Mourinho said something nice to his opponent, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Daniel-c9879 Alves is of the opinion that even though the Portuguese coach has apologized, he took a lot of time in doing so.
The Brazilian full-back addressed the press and said that Mourinho’s apology has come in late, and if he was in place of the Real Madrid coach, he would not have taken this much time in realizing his mistake.
While speaking to the press regarding Mourinho’s ‘late’ apology, Daniel Alves said:
"It’s nice to see that he has changed his attitude, but I would not have waited so long if I were him.” 
"Mourinho has been too late (with his apology).”
"We always hope that things will remain calm in matches, with the football being the focus. 
"But there are things that we cannot control.”
Real Madrid and Barcelona are going to be a part of another Supercopa de Espana tie. The two teams are going to play out the two-legged fixture during this month.
Currently both the sides are on a pre-season friendly tour. The Catalan giants recently beat Manchester United in a penalty shoot-out, while Real Madrid thrashed AC Milan 5-1 in their respective fixture.
