Question:

Always f-ing tired....help?

No matter how much sleep I get I am always tired. I can get 1 hour or 12 hours and no matter how many hours I get I am always exhausted. What the h**l is wrong with me? I have some ideas but would like some other opinions. Thanx....

  1. Stay healthy eat an apple a day or some bs like that.

    Or get some caffeine pills and pop them like an Animal.  


  2. It's possible that your fatigue is due to an anemic condition.  Try adding foods to your diet that are high in iron content, like spinach.  A nice raw spinach salad can boost your energy levels simply by putting more iron in your blood.

    Liver is also good for this if you can force yourself to eat it.

    Trying to "cure" this by heavy-dosing caffeine can do serious damage to your stomach.

  3. Are you eating adequate healthy food? Do you exercise? These two things will help keep your energy up. I used to feel this way when I had hyperthyroid. I was in really bad shape then. I don't eat adequate healthy food and I don't drink milk. I did exercise so that helped boost my energy a little. My doctor prescribed neo-mercazole for my hyperthyroid. Then I started to have healthy eating habits and drinking milk again after so many years. I've also been eating potatoes (sauteed and mashed). My body digests it better and it gives me more energy. I'm healthier and happier now =)

    just try to rest more.

    working out before bed can also help you sleep better.

    do you wake up constantly at night? if so, you might have sleep insomnia. that may be the casue of your sleep deprivation.

    however, that is highly unlikely. just try to eat healthier and work out before bed.
