Question:

Always feeling sick/tired, Depression?

For the past couple of months, I have been feeling really off (thats the best way to describe it).

90% of the time I wake up with a headache, and its not a full blown headache, but just a sensation that irritates me all day (if that makes sense). Im ALWAYS am tired throughout the day, sometimes dizzy, light headed and I find it hard to focus.

Recently, my stomach has started to act up also, and I will feel sick. The sick feeling will go away temporarily if I eat, but it usually comes back. Not to mention, Im craving sweet stuff (mostly ice cream) constantly.

Im not sure whats going on. I have always been super healthy til now. A little history about me... 5'10, 144 lbs. I have been unhappy in my job, but I don't think that could be doing it. I couldn't be pregnant, so thats not an option either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

  1. It may be west nile virus. It could also just be unhappiness turning into depression. Depression hurts.

  2. It is probably depression but i always feel this way from my allergies, if you have allergies it may be just that.

  3. there could be a chance of having depression with the symptoms you described above, if you are worry, be sure to check with a doctor or a psychiatrist.

you can also be just tired, unhappy, stressed, sick, etc. try to regulate your daily activities, especially the time to sleep and wake up as they can really ruin your health by disrupting the balance of hormones in your body if you don't get a good night sleep.

also, check if you have any of these following symptoms:

    uncontrollable shaking of your hands

feeling down most of the time

    thoughts of suicide

    thoughts of hurting yourself

    no energy, no motivation

    no desire to do things

    decreased appetite

there are a lot of others, you can check with webmd.com, and some other websites that specialize in depression. also check with a doctor even if that is not depression.
