I am always hungry but if I eat my stomach feels like it is going to explode. I have tried just to snack but it makes me nauseous. I don't know what to do any more for me being hungry. It just started up about a week ago. My last dr. appt. I gained 7 lbs in 2 weeks and that was before I was hungry all the time. I don't want to gain too much weight. What can I do? Oh and I do eat healthy.

  1. i wish i knew.. it started at the beginning calmed down in the middle and started back close to the end... i eat healthy 2.. but all you really can do is eat a small meal every 2hours and snack in between

  2. well dont worry cuz im always hungry and im only 23 weeks...baby is using sooo much energy from u that u need to just put energy back into...dont forget there is the two of u and this part of pregnancy and onwards is where u will gain most ...plus ur eating healthy so there no need to stress...good luck and hope the rest of ur pregnancy goes well

  3. try to eat things that will make you stay full for awhile like potato's, steak (good for your iron too).

  4. Eat slowly...no matter how hungry you feel , chew each mouthful very well before you swallow.  Drink lots and lots of water and juice.  Eat salads and fruit.  Stay away from sodas, fast food and food containing lots of salt.  Keep busy, you won't be hungry if you don't sit in front a TV set all day.  Get out of the house.  Walk!!!  7 pounds is far too much to gain in a 2 week period.  You should keep it to between 3-5 pounds per month.  Don't starve yourself now to make up for the great weight gain, but eat more reasonably and try to exercise - walking is the best thing you can do for yourself.

  5. No but I am always tired. I had a fatigue problem before pregnancy so now I am just exhausted. Just remember to keep that hunger in check and don't splurge to much. At the same time give into that hunger once in awhile.

  6. i am the same... cant stop eating...i always want sweets... unless the doctor says that you are putting on to much weight, than don't worry to much you will lose it all and go back to normal like before your pregnancy..or maybe try to eat smaller amounts more frequently.

good luck to the both of yous...
