Its probably just bad luck! I would always either get sick or it be raining on my birthday. Try going away to someplace nicer for your birthday maybe?

If you're grown up move to somewhere where the sun shines in the time of year your birthday is! I live in Oregon and my birthday is on Nov. So it's pretty much rained every birthday of mine since i can remember.
