Always red faced????????

Question

iv always got a red face i havent got hight blood pressure, i dont wear tight clothes , i dont eat hot food , i dont get embarised, sorry cant spell..lol, has anyone got any ideas if theres anything i can do or if theres any pills or anything thanks , gaz.

You may be suffering from dry skin - even though it may look and feel normal poorly hydrated skin can look flush even really red and splotchy. Roseacia is what the clinical name is and it can be caused by many things from food allergies to sun exposure. Try using an oatmeal soap (like aveno or french milled oat soap) and then apply Cetaphil cream (a light layer) wait 25 minutes then apply sunscreen and any other facial products (like make up if you use it). Remember to wash your face at night with the oatmeal soap - pat dry and reapply Cetaphil cream. In just a few days your face will look and feel healthier. Good Luck!

ok what you need to go weather you male or female to combat this is to wear green foundation, (no joke) its available as a camouflage makeup and not the sort the army wears!!!!!!!

my sister used to suffer really badly with this but when she wore it you would never know she suffered with a red face or would you know she was wearing the make up.

Rosacea could be one culprit.  Its a skin condition that can be controlled.  See a Dermatologist to get properly diagnosed.   Another medical condition that can cause your face and limbs to turn red is diabetes type II.  When glucose levels are elevated it can cause other things to elevate.  If you are fair complected or have red hair this could be something that you just might have to deal with.  Always check with your healthcare provider when it becomes a concern.
