Am 19 yrs guy and i woder how to make a strong body n improve my muscles?

  1. Go to youtube and look up muscle building and there are workouts for you to do.

    Bench press, Squats, Deltoid Raise, Lat pulls, Shoulder Press...etc.

    Always have a spotter, Never workout alone when no one is there to assist you.

  3. All the stuff that Jay J said plus muscle milk/creotine an hour before you work out And within 30 minutes after you work ourt.
