Do youmean you have a problem your self communicating with other people or with things like the telephone or Internet.

If you find communication to be hard you can contact a speech language pathologist to work with you. You can find one by going to asha.org (american speech and hearing assocation).

What type of communication do you have a problem with. If you are able to use this site you're doing pretty well.

Are you doing any activities during the day like an adult disability group or some sort of education place. If so ask some of the people there to help you out.
