Am I 1/16 Spanish from Spain, am I part Hispanic?

Legally, from what I know I'm not, but am I from a genetic point of view, or do I have Hispanic/Spanish blood?

u r right.   legally u r not but genetically speaking that spanish blood will remain and if u have children it will continue to perpetuate that blood line.  Hispanic is just a variation of having spanish genes.  if u trace back as far as possilbe, u could be more than 1/16. !!?!?
