  1. Don't try and live of juiced fruits or smoothies, in a glass of homemade juice (with watermelon, apples, orange, etc) you're getting about 6-7 serves of fruit, which is a lot of sugar (even though its natural) in one hit. You'd be better off eating straight fruit... not sure if thats what you were thinking of doing away, but yeah... Juice=good... but not all the time!

Nothing is 100% guarenteed, you just need to find whats right for you, and to exercise also!

  2. Yes.

Not healthy tho, you'll need carbs and protein sooner or later or you'll start craving them and binge.

  3. no... there is such thing as too much of a good thing... You could possibly eat too many fruits and veggies and then you won't lose weight. Also everyone is different so your body may be in carb overload when you do this so it may hang on to all your weight...

Eating only fruits and vegetables is not healthy as someone mentioned before. You need Protein and Good Fats as well so that you get all the nutrition and vitamins you need. If you only eat fruits and veggies you may gain an iron deficiency which will make you tired, which also effects weight loss... I suggest you go to a gym and talk to a PT or nutritionist.

  4. Yes you are but you need some dairy and protein in there too for you to be healthy and well nourished.  I have been on my diet now a week tomorrow(I know its not long) but I am already feeling the benefits,I feel great and my energy levels are higher than they were this time last week.

Infact I am eating more now than when I did eating unhealthily but I eat the right stuff, fruits, veg etc and I am never hungry,I'm loving it so far, lets hope the scales show it too but even if it doesnt I dont mind,I feel so much better eating healthy than when I did eating junk.

  5. Nothing is ever 100% and everyones body is different and it'd only be temporary because once your eating habits changed back to what they are you'd gain any weight lost. You have to exercise and eat healthy constantly only then will you see permanent results which when you start to see the results you can judge how much you need to adjust your activities and habits.

  6. Don't eat too much fruit because there are many kinds of sweet fruits, it contain a lot of sugar ( saccaroze actually), so it won't help you to lose weight. It also cause you f**t or blench.

You may lose weight but you will be dizzy whenever you do some hard work or carry some heavy things.

You also should it cacbon hydrates ( like rice, bread, noodle, potato...) but eat it less than veggie and fruits.

  7. you should lose weight eating all that, and combined with excersise would probably give you that 100%

  8. it's good, but do not use these compressed soup cubes, they have processed fat in it. Soups are good, very filling, but add some protein so as not to overeat: chicken breast, turkey and low fat curds and fish, and cottage cheese are the best. Eat them with vegetable salads - then you won't overeat afterwards.

  9. no 100% guarantee possible.

You would loose weight but would probably come back one you start to eat properly again!

  10. yes but you'd probably need to take supplements to get all the vits and minerals your body require as even vegans eat seeds, nuts, pulses etc.

  11. Not 100% as it all depends on how you cook them, you will however be getting the benefits from really fresh veg as less of the nutrients will be lost in transit or through freeze-drying. No preservatives either. Good on you, green fingers! x*x
