Am I Alright?????????????

I'm 11 years old. I've had an ear infection 5 days. I've also been taking antibiotics for 5 days. I had diarrhea this morning. And my stomach has not felt like eating anything? The main question is, am I ok?

it sounds like you are fine. loss of appetite and diarrhea are typical side affects of infections and antibiotics. i would not worry much.

as far as food goes, try bread, rice, applesauce.... gentle foods. make sure you are drinking plenty of water, also. your body can go without food for a long time, but you need the water.

People have good bugs in their intestines that help with the digestion of food.  When you take antibiotics, the antibiotics kill these good bugs.  When this happens you get symptoms like upset stomach and diarrhea
