i sit on my weight bench and curl as much as i can for 8 reps , then stop and wait a minute then add more weight and do as much as i can. for biceps
then i do triceps by bench pressing whatever i can do for 8 reps close hand grip, wait a minute then add more weight and do till i cant anymore
drink a supplemenatal drink
then i train my forarms by curling the same way with my biceps only with my wrists
then after 10 minutes i drink another drink
