Am I Arm Training Correctly?

i sit on my weight bench and curl as much as i can for 8 reps , then stop and wait a minute then add more weight and do as much as i can. for biceps

then i do triceps by bench pressing whatever i can do for 8 reps close hand grip, wait a minute then add more weight and do till i cant anymore

drink a supplemenatal drink

then i train my forarms by curling the same way with my biceps only with my wrists

then after 10 minutes i drink another drink

any tips suggestions comments, feel free to tell me

  1. Push ups, sit ups and pull ups before hand. Eat lots of spinach, ditch the chemicals and eat meat and potatoes.
