  1. You sound like a neo-communist who wants a gun.

I doubt you know how to use one.

  2. i believe, you like most americans, have beliefs of both parties platforms.  i don't agree with everything either party espouses, instead i decide who i agree the most with and that's who i decide to vote for.

  3. It really comes down to do you care about people or do you care about your wallet.  If you care about people, you're a Dem, if you only care about people IF they can make you some money, you're a Repub.  Also, Repubs are NOT pro-choice, NOT pro-g*y rights, NOT pro-stem cell research, and against gov't funding anything.  They do love their guns though...but you sound a little too sensible to be a Repub.

  4. independent leaning towards democrat.. ur a social democrat at least, maye fiscaly consertavive

  5. You are more a Republican, but you are not a redneck. Without Palin, you could easily support McCain even if you don't agree with him in some aspects. Reagan was probably your favorite president in the last 30 years...

After the nomination of Palin, you should either not vote or vote Obama.

  6. You are like me. You are independent. I agree with all of your points except I am pro life. I think I am not smart enough to say what is right or not. Of the 6 listed, 3 are Democratic positions and 3 are Republican positions. I am judging on the man more than the party and will support McCain because he has been in the military and knows things Obama doesn't and I think he realizes threat of terrorism and I think Obama is naive on that issue as well. You should vote for someone even if it is a minor party candidate.

  7. Democratic Views:

    pro-g*y rights

    in favor of government funding

    Republican Views:

    pro-gun

    pro-choice

believe social securtity should be privatized

    Both:

    pro-stem cell research

  8. I'd say you're mostly Libertarian (except for the gov't funding part).

Drop the guns and privatizing SS and you'll be a progressive.

  9. You sound like a Libertarian

I hope you are going to vote that way

  10. Many Republicans and Democrats never completely agree on everything.  What you have to do is rank what is extremely important for yourself and than vote based upon that.

This is why I tend to vote Republican more than Democrat for Presidential elections.  I don't believe prayer should be "part" of school, that the Bible should be taught, that creationism is "science" (and should be taught), that g*y are somehow "evil".  I'm also not a huge neo-conservative (I believe in being capable of protecting ourselves but not the "world cop" bit).

However, I believe in fiscal conservatism.  I do believe in a small Federal Government (allowing the more responsive local & State Governments the right & obligation to deal with those issues).  I believe that *I* shouldn't have to pay social security and could instead invest it as I see fit (as you say, privatize). I believe that I don't want to pay for other people who I probably don't even like or carefor (which is why I give to charities that I believe in).  I know some fat jackasses (relatives) that have eaten themselves into being unable to work (disability) and they collect SS checks and other State benefits (which pisses me off).

At the end of the day you have the Supreme Court, ACLU (even though I don't always like them), Congress putting "checks" on the Presidents desire to jack with individual "rights" (g*y rights, pro-choice etc.).  In other words, I don't consider them selling points for a President to be.  Nobody is seriously going to overturn Roe vs. Wade, get over it (and even if it did, STATES would be the ones regulating it, which means it would still exist).

  11. Independent/Libertarian/Agnostic!

  12. I would have to say neither. I suggest you vote issues that effect the you and the world not parties. just my opinion.

  13. Lola is off on that. pro choice or stem cell research is not Repub...just look at strong support for Palin

    Dem

    Pro-Choice

    pro-g*y rights

    Pro-stem cell

    gov funding

    Repub

    Pro-Gun

    SS private

I would say your mostly dem.  Gun could be both as long as you don't want semi automatic weapons.

  14. Find out for yourself. Take the test on this link, and it will tell you where you stand

  15. Only you can decide that.  I know people in both parties who feel that way, and also people who are independents, too.

  16. Actually, you sound more like "Joe Lieberman."

He's also confused what Party he belongs to. . .
