Am I Doing OK?

Im on a diet.

Today i ate : a bowl of oatmeal ( Cinamon Rolls flavor) , I had pea soup, i had vegtables and cheese, then i had vegetables and cheese again, and then... =[ i had like 5 chocolate truffles and some sesame candy ... even tho i ate that..do you think im ok? Should i keep going? Should i go work out? or am i ok?

how many more calopries should i eat?

  1. keeep goin with the healthy food... but dont eat too much sweets.. and work out alil more... and ur body will loook purrrrrFect


  2. How much weight are you trying to gain?  ... besides the weight you'll gain, I'm not sure the oatmeal will counteract all the cholesterol you've eaten

  4. We dont have enough info yet but based on the fact that its only 3pm here, sounds like you are eating plenty.  Are you in good shape?  Do you stay active in your day?  I run steps for work all the time so i can eat alot more some days than others.

    But you might as well work out.

    it always makes you feel better and then you can eat more!

    Soup... also good.

    And veggies and cheese are good too.

    Five chocolate truffles might be a bit overdoing it, but it's okay.  

    I would recommend some protein like chicken or red meat... maybe even some fish.

    Drink lots of water, too!!   64 oz. a day! :)

  7. Do you eat meat? I think you need to get more protein in your diet, not just vegetables and cheese. Oatmeal is fine, but I actually think that eggs are good for breakfast because they give you energy and make you feel more full, so you are less likely to snack.

    And yes, you should work out every day, or the diet won't work. I have a Tae Bo DVD that I use. I can feel the results right away. Exercising also has the tendency to make you want to eat less.
