  1. Your skinny.

  2. Avoid Carbs.  Keep all carb intake to a minimum and you can lose up to 10 pounds the first week and 5 pounds every week after that.  That means, no bread, pasta, potatoes, sugar, and caffiene.  Just eat alot of meat, cheese, eggs, and dark green veggies and you should be alright.  I did this myself and lost 60 pounds over 4 months without exercising and I've kept the weight off for over 8 months now.

  3. u onli need to loose like 15 lbs....that should take u like 2 months

eat 700 cal less than u burn n e more will slow down ur metabolism and make the process go even slower

so u probably burn like 1300 cal a day eat around 600 cal

excercise speeds things up and is healthy

walk in the morning for 30 minutes and at nght for 30 minutes

or get a minimum of 60 minutes of activities....or around the same difficulty as walking....if u lift weights and gain muscle weight ull look slimer and muscle burns more cal than fat does

muscle is way more dense then fatso if u have more muscle throught the day ull burn more cal without trying.....

dont eat junk food it is pure sugar

when u have 2 much sugar in ur body, it releases insulin to store the excess sugar as fat

vegetables fruit and make sure u get protein in

for muscle building chiken or seafood....try not to eat redmeat ham

do not eat sausages, bacon and other greasy foods

    dont eat after 7

    eat small portions'

eat every 3 hrs to keep ur metabolism going

    hope i helped

  4. You are not fat.  But it sounds as if you can do things to be much healthier.

Keeping a food journal really does help.  It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.

Make a few small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days. Do more sports and less TV and computer.

Start a weight lifting routine. It will help increase your metabolism and make you feel and look better in so many ways. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall.

In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Drink plenty of water. You will begin to see changes. Even though we would like it to be different, there is no quick fix. But stick with it. You can be successful.

The moral support you need is what comes from within you. If you are ready to lose the weight you will stick with it and do it. It doesn't matter what your friends or family say or do.

Check out websites about nutrition, weight loss, exercise, weight training, etc.

Stick with it. You can do it.   Here are a couple of  helpful links.

  5. I think that you should accept the fact that you are slim and beautiful, and give in less to the delusion that you are fat. Use your mind for better, more creative and proactive thoughts. I mean that in the kindest way. Stay healthy (as you sound you are) and focus on that....health in body, mind and spirit! Hope this helps friend :)
