OK..What's the repercussions

17 years old went into a car in a parking lot playing around nothing was taken or damaged...it was at a local casino state police say that the charges are going to be breaking and entering any help?..Oh yeah never been in trouble before lots of volunteer work good grades...ect

  2. that's absolutely breaking and entering. you broke into someone's car and entered it. you were caught, presumably, before you had the chance to take or damage anything. not smart. you shouldn't even have been near the casino, since you're 17. good luck... -*D*

I'm not sure where your weight comes into play, but yes if you enter someone Else's property-you are breaking the law.  As far as "breaking and entering" goes, it would depend on how you made entry to the property.  If you did not forcibly make entry to the property I would say that you were just trespassing.  Be respectful in court.  You'll probably come out OK.  Good luck!
