Am I Gonna Stay This Short?!?

Ok..in my family the girls stop growing by height around 14 or 13..im 13 and 5'2 am i gonna get any taller?

[My mom says it dosent look like it]

[And my family isn't very tall but still]

my thought is that now that your well into the age of being a woman, your soon to get a small growth spurt that will measure around 2-5 inches more to your height. that's what happened in my family to all the girls, and there are 5 girls in my family, and 2 boys...

any way, YES, its very likely that you are NOT done growing!!!!

I was your height at you age and im 15 now and 5'10. Im a guy tho I dont know if its the same for girls but im sure you will grow more. I think the girls stop growing near their 20s.

erg, i am 12 and am 4'101/2....i am sooo short! waayyyy shorter than all of my friends..... :(

but know this: when u have ur period, you will grow for approx. another year.  after that year has past, that is how u know that is your forever heighth

well you can go to your docter and get an official answer by checking your growth plates if they have closed then yes you will be that short but they not have but you are only 13 most teens have a dramitic growth spurt over the time period of a year so keep the faith

You have about 7 years of growing left! There is a smll chance you wont get any taller but I am 23 and got measured not long ago and I have grown taller. It all depends on the individual person.

This depends on the way you hormones are developing you could grow taller then anyone in your family so it all depends on you hormones.

Some people keep growing until they are 18 years old!  It's quite possible that you anr't done growing yet.  But even if you were, 5'2 is not too short.  Hope I helped :-)

Usually once girls get their periods they stop growing as much. But i got my period when I was 13 and have grown 2 inches since then. So i guess it depends on the individual girl. Nobody can say for sure.

Well actually you stop growing at 18. But yah you will probably be that height or a inch bigger.

im was very short too but my friend is very tall . i explained to her and she just said drink plenty of milk , i did that and im quite tall now ,
