Am I Good Enough To TryOut For Club Volleyball? Long Island Teams?

I just began playing on my school's junior high team, and I am really good as a libero and at defense, but my overhand serve kind of sucks. Would a club team take me for my libero skills even though my overhand serve is bad? If so, any teams on Long Island, Ny I could try for?

as long as your defensive skills are good and you let your coach know that you would like to play libero, serving should not be a problem. I played club this past year in New York State, and liberos are not even allowed to serve in tournaments. Just practice your passing and you should be fine.

there are all different levels of club teams. so im sure you could make one.
