  1. Go see a dentist before they get worst.

  2. yeah, i having 1 black lil line too, and i think its the begining of cavities, leave it untreat might be worse later on, they dont hurt, doesnt mean they will be ok later on .... i lost my 2 molars, now i'm scared to leave those black untreated, cuz i dont want to lose any more tooth .... dentest are so expensive, 100$ for filling arent bad at all, better then spending thousands of $ for root canal if the tooth got worse .... so please, visit ur dentist! i was embarassed to see dentist, cuz my teeth was not "pretty" ..now i'm 28 hope its not too late to start taking care of my teeth and visit dentist more often ...  ......

  3. Yes, it sounds like these are the beginnings of cavities. They will only get worse if left untreated. Go see a dentist (I know..I hate to do this too..lol)

  4. They might be cavities. When I had my cavity there was a red line or dots or something on my tooth. I think they can be black too though... and I hate to break it to ya but the only way to get rid of it ( if you even have one ) is to go to the dentist and have them fill it!!! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but there is nothing you can do yourself to get rid of it! : ) Good Luck with your tooth!

  5. Hi!

I know its a terrible feeling to even think about visiting a dentist! But if its hurting you, you should visit dentist, I have 6 cavities corrected by dentist, but now I feel fine..they dont trouble me anymore!

I would suggest, do visit  a dentist before its too late. Never forget to brush your teeth before you are off to sleep.

    take care

  6. I have the same thing and mine aren't cavities.

If they are not hurting you, then I think you are fine.

However, if you want to be sure, you can try to check them the way that the dentist would. Buy a dental hook (oral-b makes them) and stick in into the "dark spot". If it pokes easily, then it isn't a cavity.

If however, the tip sticks when pulling out, then it is a cavitiy.

Try to get your teeth cleaned every 6 months and brush and floss a few times a day and they will stay healthier.

If it is a cavity, it is much less painful and cheaper to fix a cavity than to fix a broken tooth. Or worse if it becomes an abcess (infected).
