Question:

Am I Normal/Average?

I'm a male, weigh 135kg and am very active. I believe that I have a high metabolism, as I eat a lot(healthy) daily. Currently, I swim, play soccer, weight train AND work out(running, cardio workouts etc.). So bascially, should I be worrying about my weight or am I doing fine?

    Yes !!!  

    U will gain a few more pounds & it's not because U're doing all the rong things, because U're not.

    The reason is because U're only 16 & U're body is still growing.

    From the age of 16 to about the age of 18 or so, U will still grow a little taller & gain a few more inches (cause once U've reach 18, that when U should stop growing & become the man U'll be ti'll the day U die)

    So as U know !!!  If U grow 1 or 2 inches taller, of couse U will gain a few more pounds, taboot, hehehe.  

    U're doing all the right things + U have a great metabolism, so I wouldn't worry.

    When I turn 18, I became 5'9", weight 135 pounds & had a waist of 28.  I'm now 45 & I'm still 5'9" & I now weight 140 pounds + my waist is now 30.  & the only reason why I gained a few is because last summer I went threw chemo & radiation & I ended up not being able 2 get out there & kick A**.  

    Not will not be the case this year thought & I'm sure I will get back 2 where I once was.

    So U see !!!  Just keep up the good work & U should be just fine my friend.
