Am I Old Enough To Get A Visa Buxx Card?

I am 11 years old and my parents said I could have a credit card if I could find a credit card that will except minors. i am only 11 years old and is wondering if i am old enough to get one if not tell me where i can get one

I do not think any credit card company will accept an 11 year old by themselves.
