So I'm 5'9, and about 135 pounds. I wear a size 5 in jeans. And I'm a B36-B38.
I've done BMI calculators, and I'm in the normal range.
But I just don't feel normal around my friends.
I feel overweight and self-conscious a lot,
and I sometimes I feel like it tends to be a problem with guys,
because everyone else at my school is a size 00 through 3.
Do I actually have a legitimate reason to be feeling self-conscious like I am?
Are there certain exercises or diets anybody knows about that isn't too demanding?
And I'm already aware that you need to exercise daily and keep hydrated a lot.
I work out for about an hour a day,
and I drink PLENTY of water.
