Am I a bad person for envying my best friend? ?

one of my best friends, we're really close, but she has a lot of the things that i want.. and i just can't help but be envious of her all the time. it's not like a hateful jealous feeling, but it's definitely not a nice feeling i want to have towards a good friend. is this normal, or do i have a wicked heart? does anyone else ever feel like this? the things i envy are mostly: her popularity, relationships, career, personality etc.. even simple things like her clothes! how do i stop envying her??

no , cause most people have that feeling .

your best friends probably envy's someone too , and the train just goes on .

just be proud for what you have , trust me , there is someone out there who probably envy's you .

i definieley know how ur feeling. my biggest crush likes my bff!!!

i just tell my self that were different, and were jsut as cool as eachother. sometimes i think im being mean, but i just shrug it off i guess.

u can stop by counting ur blessings. think about all the things u have that she doesn't. think about all the people that u have that u love and that love you, and then if u do u'll relize thats al u need.

It's in every aspect of human nature to want better for yourself being envious of another is not a bad thing but a good thing.. If you want it bad enough for yourself then you can obtain it and should obtain it!

Envy is a feeling. So you cant stop it. It is how you feel. Just don't let your envy end your relationship. And if she brags.. then she is just as wrong as you. not that your WRONG but you should just watch out.
