!!!!Am I a binge eater? Do I have an eating disorder?

Some days I feel good and I eat a medium amount of food. (500 cal.)

Other days I feel terrible and I only eat a small portion.(200 cal.)

I sometimes feel like eating and other days I don't

  3. If your eating 500 Cal a day then heck no.  You should be eating more.  If you eating 200 cal a day then you are starving your body.  I'm going through something similar.  I would suggest you eat more.

  4. there is no way you are a binge eater! you are eating far too little! you may be anorexic, you dont have a doctor? find one! you need to see a doctor, eating so little will do terrible things to your body and it has an impact on your immune system making it more likely that you could get ill. Find help, you are eating no where near enough. i hope you get better soon xx

  6. No i think alot of people are like that... Some days u feel like eating more some days... less... I do that all the time.... But you should def be eating more than 500 cal a day...

I dont think your a binge eater, we are all different and the amount of calories we take in differ, I hate when ppl put us all in one bag and come up with 'we should be doing this' etc... we are not clones but individuals, if you feel healthy and not weak etc eating what you do I wouldn't worry.. The days your feeling terrible is probably because of the 200 cals intake, if your active your body needs more fuel... If you have any concerns check in with a well being consultant  and see what they suggest?  

  10. if that's all the calories your eating in a day, 500/200 that's nowhere near enough, its best to eat small frequent meals, i cannot say if you have an eating disorder, but your definitely not eating enough.

    try to get in 2-3 meals a day no matter what.

    you are probably an anorexic, pleas e see a dcotor or talk to your parents . you should be eating 2000 cal a day!

  15. Do you take any type of medication?  If so that can mess up your appetite.  If not, binge eating is an eating disorder.  Next time you are at a psychiatrist or dr. ask them about it.

  16. 500 Calories a day isn't a "medium" amount. A "medium" amount would be about 1,000 Calories. You couldn't survive of of 500 calories a day.
