If we try and extrapolate backwards from 1993 to 1991 to earlier, I get an uncomfortable feeling.

Complex systems border on chaos. What is being attempted is at the very edge of technology and the anomalies inherent in such a project, can be catastrophic. An excellent example is the Manhattan Project. It almost didn&#039;t get done.
