  1. they are all ok

but u need to work on 400 (tad slow)

  2. The 200 is definatly your best event! That is a great time! Although your 400 and 100 and a tad bit slow.

  3. ok so im also a freshman girl and i run pretty much the same things except for the 100 i've never tried to really sprint but my coach is goint to try and see what i can do as a sprinter. Anyway i run the 200 400 and 800 and your times are ok. Your best event is the 200 because its the closest time that qualifies as fast. For a girl a fast 200 time is about a 25 and a fast 100 time is about a 12 and a fast 400 time is about a 60. You're only a freshman and you're pretty good.

    My times are:

    400m-61

    200m-27

    800m-2:31

I think running the 800 will help your time a lot because thats what i started off as and it helped me improve my times for when i started running the 400 and 200 but yeah the 800 is a good way to go.

    Make sure you train good!

  4. I'd say they're excellent times, I'm a freshman also, (a short one at that) I'd say your best event(s) are the 100 and 200.

Definately go for the 800 though, perhaps the next scrimmage you have or just try it as a time trial if you're really unsure.

  5. u yeh those are good times!! Espically for a freshmen

  6. What's your age? For a girl (without training I presume), they seem pretty good

I'd say 200m is your best event

You could improve your 400 by 3-5 seconds with your current 100m and 200m times

Looking at your 200m time, I think you could improve your 100m significantly

    All the best

  7. definately the 200

a 64 is about average for a "good" runner

    at your age

the 100 might be a bit slow?

i'm not too sure about that one

    because i'm a 400-800 runner myself

    but your 200 looks good

thats definately a varsity time on our team

    and we're a good team ;-)

basically 30 and under is good

and 27 and below is excellent

of course the top runners in many areas

    run closer to a 24....

    but train

and you can get there =]

  8. With the right amount of training, to me it seems like you could be a great 800 runner. Think of it this way, a 74 second 400 probably is fairly simple for you. Well if you have the endurance, do that twice and you have a pretty decent 800 time for a female-2:28. And my guess is you could probably run it even faster than that.

  9. your 400 and your 100 are both average times but your 200 is awesome!!! Keep workin you'll be great by senior year.

  10. like someone else said i'd concentrate on the 400

  11. I think the 100 is good but those are all sprinting events and if your not good at sprinting but you dont think you could really do long distance I think a mid-distance like the 800 would be good. Im not sure what other mid-distance events your team does but ask your coach if you could try something mid-distance.

  12. your 100 if fast and your 200 is medium.

There is nothing call running jeans OK.

I am black and even though my mom ran in the Penn Relays( A very big track meet)    i will probably never be as good as her.  The only way is if i push myself and take her advice.
