  1. i think you didnt need our opinion. you listed all your good qualities. you just wants to know how people will react to your so called "GREATNESS" in basketball...you just wanted to boost your ego! youre busted buddy!!!

  2. You've said all the good things about you. It's hard to say if your good or bad.

  3. You sound like a very simular player to me. I'm 14 and have many of the same strengths as yours. I never find it hard not complaining to the refs, and don't like to show off on the court(inside me I do though). But, because I play at a high level for my age, I must tell you coaches only tolerate players who give 110% in practice offence AND defence. Also, always hustling will pay off in the long run.

The one thing that really relates to me is how you mention you get frustrated. So do I and I just can't help it. I think I set to high of standards for myself.....don't know about you??

Anyway good luck with your game. From the sounds of it you are and will be a great player!!

  4. Nope your horrible go play with the 8 year olds.

  5. For a 13 year old, that vertical is indeed impressive. Now, i have not seen you play, or know the competition in your school, but you sound like a good player. You claim that you can play all positions on the court? well, that is good but its time to start focusing on one position. Pick   the position where you could play the best of your abilities. If i were the coach i would have you on the small forward(3) or shooting guard (2) position. The position that will give you the better spot on the team is the one you want to be. Also, you have to become strong in one position, so that by highschool, you dont struggle. Once your   in highschool, the level of competition is going to be way tougher then middle school. Look at your bad qualities, those are mostly mental mistakes. Those can get fixed. Dont get lazy, as long as your playing good defensive basketball the coaches are going to love you!!!!! defense wins basketball games. I know its fustrating when your playing good D and the teamates cant guard, but the coach will appreciate it. On the lay-ups, do not be too preoccupied about the shot, worry about getting to the basket, and then go for the lay-up. Before tryouts  the most important thing is to be in good physical shape. as for the showing off part, its good to have an ego, but when you hit the court you have to get straight to business. Oh, and for the complaining part, dont do it during practice. Be a leader and talk to your teamates.
