Am I a healthy weight, or overweight?

Im 5'3 about 135 pounds.

Waist is 32 inches

Thighs 38 inches?

i hate to ask but theres no info online of what is healthy

  1. Your BMI, which is a measurement that compares a person's weight and height shows you are  a 23.9 and anything under 24.9 is normal weight. The only problem with BMI calculations is that it does not take into account if you are small or big boned or if you have a large chest or not, what your s*x is, how much musles you have, etc.

    So it looks like you are good at the weight you are at, as long as you feel healthy. Just maintain the weight and I am sure you will be fine.  To maintain you should be eating in calories- your weight x 10 + your weight so you should be eating 135 x 10= 1350 and then 1350 + 135 so 1,485 calories a day to stay the same weight.  


  2. Im 5'3"" amd weigh 118 pounds but my doctor told me i could weigh up to 140 and still be halthy, when i went down to 110 she told me to be careful cause I might have anemia eventually
