I'm a teacher..some days ago the teachers head came to my class for observation..she is very strict and that day was one of my worst days and the class was also one of the worst classes I have ever had..anyway she filled the observation report and she wrote alot of bad things about me..today my friend who is a teacher went to find those reports in the files to send them to central branch, I was there and I saw my obsarvation report and i tryed to hide it behind the heater and gave the other reports to my friend, after a while I came back to that room and i found the report is not where I put it..nobody was in the room except me and my friend when I was hiding it..I guess she saw me and came back to the room and found it. She didnt say anthing to me and pretend nothing happened. She is very nice. I know she wont say anything to manager but I feel bad. What should I do..? I feel embarrassed

  1. you are a teacher? you spelled Tried like this "tryed"? hmmmmmm and yes you are a jerk!

  2. Talk to her and find out. Thats the only way you will know for sure. And could potentially apologize for your inappropriate behavior.

  3. I hope you don't teach  English your diction is so bad, use spell check.

You're going to get tough classes and i would imagine that the report wasn't meant to slate you but to offer up helpful criticism,  the bad stuff you mentioned must have happened and doesn't sound healthy maybe you need some more training.

We put our kids into a school environment with teachers who should be able to cope with the kids no matter what.

  4. You're fine. It's only human. Talk to your friend about it and admit to what you've done. She'll understand.

  5. Why can't you just be honest?   There is nothing wrong with needing to improve your skills as a teacher. There is always room for improvement, no matter how long you have taught.  However, by hiding the report now you proved you have no integrity.  That problem is considerably worse.  Also, I think you placed your friend in a wierd position.  If she didn't find the report, and the custodian tossed it out, then she may be held responsible for the lost report...  See?   Honesty is the best policy...

  6. all teachers suckkkk and have favorites and pcik on those they dotn like [me] grrr

  7. That doesn't make you a jerk, but I don't think you did the right thing. I think you should tell this friend of yours the story because you wouldn't want them to start thinking you're not what she thought you were. You might also want to speak to the teachers' head and explain to her why your class was behaving like this. She might want to go for a second observation...

    good luck

  8. What would you tell one of your students if they did something similar?

  9. Be honest with her, if she is your friend she will understand.

Tell her you wanted to read it, because curiosity got the better of you, and ask her if she was the one that retrieved it.

    Good luck.
