I've always loved running, but I stopped for 3 years, gained weight and became lazy.
I've picked up running again this week (30-60 min/day) and I love it. The thrill, your adrenaline flowing. I can't stop thinking about running. That's all I want to do. Even when my legs are aching and I can't breathe, I still want to run.
So what do you think? Am I a runner junkie? Will I slap out of it, only to become lazy again?
