  1. If your Mom was naturalized and you had a green card then you were also  do you have the number on your green card or do you still have it ? contact the INS a green card is good for 10years. if you lost it Yes you must pay up. Only the INS can quote fee's when you don't know what you need also the fee's are all changing if the haven't already

  2. No you have to apply on your own to be a citizen once you turn 18

  3. Ask your mother whether she got citizenship for you when she got her own citizenship.  Did she include you as her minor child when she applied for immigration and citizenship?  find out what your mother has done.

  4. No because when you came here in 98, your mother was not a U.S Citizen, so in your case you will not be able to claim citizenship through a parent. If you need clearification  google N600 and read the requierments.

  5. You are a US Citizen, however, as you said, you will need to file N600 to get "Certificate of Citizenship". You will need that to apply for US passport. You have to pay 460 fee "The w***e" aka govt will not do anything without the money.

  6. you are from the same place as borat?

  7. you have to apply. not automatic. just a procedural thing. don't sweat it.

  8. you're not a citizen. you must be naturalized. www.uscis.gov

  9. No, you are a permanent resident. And yes, you need to fill out "g*y" government forms. lol
