Am I able to get my Driver's License with my GED. (Florida)?

Question

I will have had my permit for one year on August 17th.

Will I be able to get my DL if I am not in school and have my GED?

I am 16.

In Florida you must be in school to get your license. It's an incentive to not drop out. It's BS :(

If you have your GED it shouldn't be a problem.
