Am I able to give my mailman a package w/shipping label?

Hi, I was wondering if mail carriers can take a small package from me ... I have a USPS Priority Mail Label that I had already purchased via PayPal with an approval conde and confirmarion number.

I've never sent a package from my home before, so I was just wondering... thanks!

Sure, its even easy to just log in and set up a free pickup. UPS charges, but usps does not, they will just pick it up the next day during their regular route. You simply state weather you want them to pick it up at the mailbox, your front door or other place stated.

As long as the postage is prepaid, then you can give it to the post man when he picks up the mail. Or, I believe you can arrange pick up through the USPS web site.

If there is postage on your package, the mailman should take it from your house, no problem at all.  I know, my husband is a mail carrier.  Also, he tells me that you can go to USPS.com and request pickup from your home. Hope this answers your question.

I havent gotten a package from the postan service in about 10 years. I dont think they do that anymore
