I'm 5'3, 104 pounds, my waist is 24 inches and my bust is 34C.
I have to work out 90 minutes a day (except for sundays!), though. And I eat about 1500 calories a day, which isn't alot compared to what it used to be. :S I also play volleyball.
I've had this regime since last November, but before that I was 150 and unhappy with my weight. (I had gained it all in the midst of 6 months and it was a complete shock to me. My original goal was 120-125 but when i reached that i was still unhappy.) I still look in the mirror and see flabby abs and thighs, love handles and arms. Should I bump my work out schedule to 2 hours or is this probably all in my head and I should just loosen up and stop worrying?
