Am I at a good weight? (Be honest!)?

Ok well people say I'm fine but lately I've been feeling so fat!!! I'm not sure if there lying so can someone tell me honestly.

I'm 13, I weigh 82.5 pds, and I'm 4 "10".....

Do I need to lose weight, if so how much??? I just really wana know because I serously don't like my body image!!!

    you should at least be 100 pounds thats really now healthy

    I'm 5'3 and 120 pounds and thirteen..and many people say I am extremely skinny and hot and i'm like really liked by guys..and all of my guy friends hate too skinny of girls..you really need to gain some weight

  8. you need help if you think your fat...actually your really underweight you need to gain weight instead of lose it...im sorry but being that skinny is gross...you can get really really sick if you dont...

  9. You don't need to lose weight.  Start a weight training program which will improve your strength, fitness, self esteem and appearance.  Ask your parents about joining a gym that has trainers who can design programs for teenagers.
