Am I at a healthy weight.

  1. wayyyyyy underweight. you should be at least 135 or something. im sorry but you cant look very good.

  3. The term "healthy weight" is misleading. People's bodies come in different shapes and sizes, and there's not actually one perfect weight that is right for everyone. There are various diseases that are more common among people who are fat, and there are other diseases that are more common among people who are skinny. But even then, you could be skinny and not have those diseases, or fat and not have those diseases.

    The best way to know whether your weight is healthy is to examine your lifestyle.

    Are you eating a well-balanced diet? Not starving yourself or stuffing yourself?

    Are you at least lightly active? Do you feel energetic and capable of carrying out your activities?

    Has your weight changed unexpectedly recently? Either up or down, if your weight makes a big change, that can mean something's wrong.

    If you're eating well and you have energy then your body is doing pretty well. If you're starving yourself and feel exhausted, then STOP THAT. That's bad for you no matter how much you weigh.
