I have stopped watching the news and listening to radio news when they report someone being killed or abused. I just don't seem to be taking it very well lately. I get very very upset, and it takes me a while to get over it. Do you think I let other people's emotions too close to my heart? I almost feel like I need to be stronger in regards to these kind of happenings. What should I do. How do I draw an emotional barrier? Does anyone feel like I do?
