I usually walk my dog on this trail by my house. Every time i do, there is a guy walking behind me at least 100 yards back. I think its the same person, because they al have dark hair and fair skin. But every time i see him, its a new identity. A jogger, a walker, ect. Idk, but i might be paranoid. Nothing like this has ever happened before and i haven't watched any scary movies lately.

  1. Have you ever taken an anxiety test? It might be good for you to take this evaluation and see if it is something that "is all in your head". If it is don't freak out. Seek professional help by going to your family doctor bringing the printed off results and explaining to him/her your story. Your doctor will then tell you what you should do to get well. If your already seeing someone for therapy or psychiatry it would be just then a matter of letting them know by again showing them the test and talking to them about whats going on.

Back to your walks and your safety..When you take these walks have you ever taken someone along with you? Do they see this guy? He may not follow you when your with others. If this is the case you I believe he is a possible threat and could be a stalker. Call the police and file a report. Let them know when you walk your dog (time of day) and maybe they can patrol then. Please still go and take this anxiety test and see your doctor. Make sure you do both avenues.

Do not fear. God is with you. Pray when you are afraid and he will give you peace.

  2. Next time it happens say out loud: "Oh darn x*x (insert your dogs name) I left your ball at home!" Turn around and walk towards that person and see how they react. If they walk past you nonchalantly thats ok, but maybe they will look scared and turn around as well and flee?

  3. Can you walk with someone else for a while to  see if they see the same thing you see??

  4. your paranoid ok thats just strange

  5. It might be paranoia, but if this is the only time you've had this, I'd listen to it.  Some stalkers look for people who keep routines.  In your case, that'd be walking your dog around the same time.  I'd break that cycle.  Go walk your dog elsewhere for a while.  If not that, then at different times with someone else.  It may be nothing, but it might be your intuition.  Besides, if walking your dog is now not an enjoyable activity, why not find another place where it is.

  6. Consider not walking alone.

  7. Though it's possible paranoia, many stalkers stay in the park near walking trails and wait for people that walk every morning or evening, then start to approach them. He might think you're attractive and thinking of ways to talk to you, idk. I wouldn't advise walking alone, for then no one will know what happened to you if he did decide something. Take a friend or family member with you just to be safe. If possible, the more the better. Hope this helps.

  8. better train that dog to attack
