Am I brushing right? I have braces!

Question

I brush after I eat and before bed. First I brush the chewing surface normally. Then I brush the sides.First I brush above the brackets and then below them. Then I use my little brush and carefully clean around the brackets and wire .Finally I floss but olny before bed. Is this ok?

you're doing great. better than i did when i had braces. thats a very detailed job you got going on there.

ya thats really good thats exactly wat i do! u should use amouthwash it helps i recommend ACT kind any of them will do. they dont burn and they taste good thats wat i use it. i hope this helped
