Am I capitalizing this correctly on my job resume?

this is a list of duties under my most recent previous employer

hosted open houses, Offered mortgage product to client, took messages, and scheduled appointments. "

No dont capitalize after every comma maybe even make a list instead like this

Previous Job Descriptions:

-Hosted

-Offered Products

-Took messages

This is just a thought you can do whatever

Just make it look organize and professional  with the commas its looks too cluttered

either capitalize the first word, or do not capitalize at all. Never capitalize after a comma.
