Am I considered a minority?

I am an Arab-American. My dad is arabian and my mom is american I was even born over seas. I'm trying to get a scholarship, am I considered a minority?

European American are the majority 66.2%

White American is an umbrella term for all Caucasians in the USA which non European decent whites ie Arab do fall under sometimes so this cant really be counted

White American of European Ancestry are the only Majority of USA if you aint one your a minority
